Atmospheric Ozone Detection Laser Radar Market Overview
Ozone lidar is based on the principle of differential absorption. The lidar emits two wavelengths of pulsed laser into the atmosphere, one wavelength is located at a position where ozone absorption is stronger, and the other wavelength is located at a position where ozone absorption is weaker. The difference in ozone absorption of these two laser wavelengths is used to determine the atmospheric ozone concentration.
