Dry-type Transformer Temperature Controller Market Overview
The dry-type transformer temperature controller is an intelligent controller specially designed for the safe operation of dry-type transformers. The temperature controller adopts single chip technology, which can automatically start and stop the cooling fan to force air cooling of the windings, so as to avoid or reduce the failure of the transformer caused by excessive temperature. And can control over-temperature alarm and over-temperature trip output to ensure that the transformer runs in a safe state.
Dry-type transformer temperature controller is a device used to monitor and control the temperature of dry-type transformers. It usually consists of temperature sensors, controllers and actuators. A temperature sensor measures the temperature of the transformer and transmits this information to the controller. The controller receives the temperature signal and judges and controls according to the preset temperature range. When the temperature exceeds the set upper limit, the controller will trigger the actuator to perform corresponding actions to reduce the temperature. The actuator can be a cooling fan, a temperature control valve and other equipment, which are used to provide cooling measures to ensure that the temperature of the dry-type transformer is within a safe range. The function of the dry-type transformer temperature controller is to protect the transformer from overheating damage. It can monitor the temperature change of the transformer and take measures in time, such as starting the cooling equipment or adjusting the cooling air volume, to keep the temperature of the transformer within an acceptable range.
